Stainless Steel Grades for Architectural Applications

The most common stainless steel grades for architectural metal sheets include:

304/304L Stainless Steel Polished Sheets

NAM offers both 304 and 304L architectural sheet metals and plates. This grade, typically consisting of 18% chromium and 8% nickel, is well-known for its durability and corrosion resistance.

The 304 and 304L stainless steel options are similar, but 304L has lower carbon content, which enhances its weldability. This stainless steel grade is extremely popular and used in a wide variety of applications, both big and small.

316/316L Stainless Steel Polished Sheets
